Shipping and delivery
Worldwide shipping is $9 USD plus insurance if requested .

Your item will be shipped within 48 hrs of business working days from when your payment
is confirmed.
When your order has been processed it will be shipped by registered AirMail, We will email you
the tracking number.
(Please note) that a signature will be required upon delivery.
Estimated delivery time is usually between 7-15 days.
Highly valuable items can be shipped via EMS or Fedex upon request.

Returns
A 30 day money back guarantee on your internet purchase from indigo opals and gems is offered.
Indigo opals and gems must be notified of your intention to return the product before this period ends.
The customer will bear the cost of freight for the return and goods must be received undamaged
and in original condition before a refund will be issued. Indigo opals and gems is not responsible for
any variation in currency exchange rates which result in a varied refund. Due to the policy of our
eCommerce provider refunds can take between 2 and 5 business days to process.
(Please note) Returns Policy only applicable to Stock Jewelry and Unset Stones.
Custom-made jewelry cannot be refunded.
Warranty
All jewelry has a six month international warranty covering any defects in material and workmanship.
This guarantee does not cover damage due to mishandling, abuse, remodeling or faulty repairs.
